Some people made the observation that their menus are different than those shown in the tutorials or manuals. The reason is that the website uses a 'responsive' design to adjust its menu format, but not it's structure, to accommodate the smaller window sizes. This video illustrates what happens when smaller browser windows are employed by the user (e.g., for an iPhone):
