Abstract:  Does anybody have any experience with trailering the Taifun 17E? How about using a Hangar lift w/ wings folded?

Hangar space in NJ is unreasonably expensive.

With the wings hanging on it's too wide (by UK laws anyway). If you do trailer it, I'd suggest a restraining strap around the roots too stop the telescoping tubes pulling out, and DON'T hang the wings from the fixture underneath the fin, - it's not strong enough for more than pushing around a hangar.

Probably as easy to extract the pin at the fold and trailer with the wings flat on the trailer bed. The fuselage should be a legal width then.
