Engine has a 2000 hour and 20 year TBO. New Hoffmann 3 position propeller . All standard equipment and avionics including Bendix KY97A comm., KT76A transponder, Ilec SC-7 vario with total energy probe, Garmin 296. Canopy cover, wing hinge fairings, and cowling plugs. Annual in January 2012. TT: 680 hours. All logs since manufacture in 1996. Certified in the utility category. Always hangared; has had a few repairs by certified A&P's using factory or factory approved parts. Price is probably the lowest on the market.
