Touring Motor Gliders Association (TMGA)
  • We ordinarily only work on sailplanes here at the 'Possum Werks, but we're
starting to get some inquires by motorglider owners and light sport guys for
paint and finish help. In fact, we have an Urban Air Lambada motorglider in
the shop now for a total refinish.

    Hello Lockwood Aviation,

I didn't realize you guys were monitoring this forum.

I have a copy of your DVD, too and it is EXCELLENT! I would also highly
    recommend it.

Seems like I heard that Lockwood once was doing courses to train mechanics
on the 912 series engines. Is Lockwood still doing courses for mechanics on the
912 series? If so, what is the schedule?

    maintenance, too.

Motorgliders are the future of soaring!

    Thanks!

We do have a company we have formed for owner/mechanic training,
www.aerotechnicalinstitute.com.  This site should show the various classes
we offer and dates.  We offer both airframe and engine classes at this time.
Please call Rafaella @863-655-5100 to schedule or check on current
availability, as they do fill up quickly.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Tisha
