But once you join XOG , I believe you will recognize that there is a
continuing problem about getting reliable information. There are too
many questions that go unresolved.

Dear Claudio,
Thank you for writing. At your request, I have added your name to the
XOG list.
I understand from your email that you do not wish to authorize the XOG
listserv as an official outlet.
But once you join XOG , I believe you will recognize that there is a
continuing problem about getting reliable information. There are too
many questions that go unresolved.
Ximango owners clearly need a single, factory authority on technical
matters.
My hope is that Aeromot will still designate an authorized technician,
and make him available in some formal way.
May I ask you to consider doing this?
My thanks,
Bruce Schimmel

Hi Bruce:
Can you arrange to have me take off the XOG mailing list? I sold my

Dear Claudio --
I'm delighted you'll be monitoring our conversations on XOG. =46rom your
explanation below, I also now have a much better understanding of how
you see your role in the exchange. It makes sense to me.
Also good is to have a designated factory authority, Luiz Castilho.
Luiz has been a great help to me personally for years. Now everyone
knows about his valuable advice.
Thanks for your help,
Sincerely,
Bruce
