The rubber shock absorber in the tail wheel can no doubt be sourced locally and I feel this should be replaced every couple of years. Does anyone know the size, shape or replacement name or code for this rubber shock absorber.
Many thank john a

I don't think you can get it locally as there are attachment screws =
incorporated into it. Ximango USA can get for you without problems.
Best regards

Hi John,
I just replaced mine. I took the old unit in to Autopro and they
identified it and gave me one off the shelf. I can't remember the cost but
it was under $20. Regards, Paul

IF you USA owners want to stay legal in the FAA system and change your
tailwheel rubbers, call us. We can furnish parts with paperwork to do this. It
is not much more expensive and it will keep your insurance broker happy.
Ditto to the rest of you in the rest of the world, like Australia.
