I will be starting to shut down Dec 26. Please copy or download all desired data. To upgrade the software will require about 40 hours to upgrade or disable all of the special features I've added (classified ads, gallery, maps, entry pages, etc.) If I can bring down the website before Jan 1 I can save about $500 in direct software costs. Plus this website security flaws threatens my server. Moving to a hosted domain by the software vendor will add another $1000 to expenses (more if the usage picks up).
