Dear friends,

I'm looking for a spare gas cushion (LIFT-O-MAT) for the airbrakes lever of our GROB 109B.

I cannot find it at the manufacturer STABILUS because it's an old model, and they don't have it anymore.

Can you help us and please advice us where to find this element or another similar that can equalliy fit and work?

Thanks a lot!

you could take a look at this web site in the UK http://www.sgs-engineering.com/gas-struts/fixed/8mm-rod he nearest equivalent would be the GS8-18-80-115 when you select it you then specify the force you want (150n) then click on the end fittings which are supplied free. According to the Grob parts manual the part number is 03-08-80-103/150n so the GS8-18-80-115 would be the closest match.

Hope that helps, if not try an email to Tim Dews at http://airbornecomposites.co.uk/ or if you are feeling rich or desperate you could contact Grob at http://www.grob-aircraft.de/ but you will find the price rises with each contact.

Cheers
