Rotax recommends that connecting springs on the exhaust system be safety wired and treated with a silicon material that sets up and dampens vibration. These things had not been done on my engine and were corrected.

The cable from the cabin heat control connects to what I would call an activation lever. In the closed position this lever was rubbing against, and actually causing a divot in one or the engine support brackets. An adjustment to the cable connection. Has hopefully resolved the condition.
