rayjb60 Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 I just got through the annual on my RF4D and found that my Prop bolts were not the original M8 grade 8.8.After some research on the SAE Grade 8 bolts and threaded prop lugs I found that the Grade 8's with rolled threads (not die cut threads)are about 30% stronger than the original M8's.The A&P was good with that as long as the bolts have rolled threads.
