  •   I have finally received some turbulator tape from my supplier
    and will apply it in the next few days. Although I have mislaid your last
    message, I kept the attached drawing and remember you saying that there was
    something wrong with the tail plane dimensions.

    experience, thinks it strange that tape is applied to the top wing surfaces.
